Delay in Provisus Fund Services financial statement delivery
Due to reduced staffing during the Coronavirus lockdown, Provisus Fund Services Corporation will be relying on OSC Order 81-505 with respect to the extension of the delivery requirement under section 2.2 of NI 81-106. As such, the financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2020 will be delivered after August 30, 2020.
