Keeping Top Clients Happy – BNN Bloomberg
The BNN Bloomberg Advisor panel reconvenes again for 2019 to discuss topics of most import for advisors. This segment has the three panelists, including Provisus CEO Chris Ambridge, discussing how best to keep top priority clients engaged and satisfied. Advisor service is the focus of the conversation whether it involves fees or client statements. Chris appeared in two other segments, the first was on finding new clients and the third was about the changing role of advisory.
